  7. Have an event? We have you covered for up to 60 minutes.

Creative Initiative FAQ

How does it work?

​

  • Listings and Marketing Materials for listings will take priority.

  • Photos for listings have a 24 to 48 hour turn around time. 40+ photos depending on the size of the home.

  • You can make unlimited listing requests requests *based on our schedule.

  • It's recommended to schedule shoots as soon as possible to guarantee availability.

  • Listing videos have  a 3-4 day turn around time.

  • Other video products can take 3+ days for delivery.

  • Convenient scheduling!

  • Agent videos and other types of photo and video requests may count as 2 requests depending on the complexity of the shoot.
